CHAQS 44 – End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before installing or using CHAQS 44 (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Game.

1. Grant of License

The developer nomorevalid grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game solely for your own entertainment and non-commercial use.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Game.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, anti-tamper, or gameplay systems.
  • Use the Game for commercial purposes, unless explicitly authorized.
  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
  • Use cheats, hacks, bots, or tools that alter or manipulate game systems.
  • Use the Game in any unlawful manner.

Any violation may result in license termination.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game—including but not limited to code, assets, design, artwork, audio, systems, characters, and branding—are owned exclusively by nomorevalid.
This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property except the limited license stated above.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If the Game allows you to create content (scripts, files, modifications, etc.):

  • You retain ownership of your creations.
  • By using the Game’s tools, you grant nomorevalid a non-exclusive right to use, display, or feature such content within the Game or in promotional materials.
  • You may not create content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate.

5. Online Features & Data

Some features may require internet access or third-party services (e.g., Steam).
You acknowledge that:

  • Online services may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time.
  • The developer is not responsible for service outages or third-party system failures.

6. Updates & Changes

nomorevalid may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game.
These updates may change gameplay, add or remove features, or improve performance.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified Game.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

Your license automatically ends if you:

  • Breach any terms of this Agreement
  • Attempt unauthorized modifications
  • Engage in cheating or exploitation
  • Use the Game illegally

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • nomorevalid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
  • Your sole remedy is to stop using the Game.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to the Agreement

nomorevalid reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Game indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance

By installing or using CHAQS 44, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
